SHILLONG: The Headquarters 101 Area recently celebrated its Raising Day. To mark the occasion, a function was organised at Rhino Officer Institute under the patronage of Lieutenant General VK Narula, SM General Officer Commanding, 101 Area.
The role of Army during war and its contribution towards nation building during peace time was highlighted and well appreciated by the gathering.
