The story does not end there, Internet café as well as Internet users who earn their bread from the service provided by the BSNL are hard hit due to to this. Important correspondence that rely on the service of the BSNL are paralysed causing further delay in rendering service to the common man.
BSNL’s network as bad as it has always been was completely down for over a week at a stretch causing a lot of incovenience to its users.
The BSNL authorities at Nongstoin have a full fledged office, definitely have a staff too, to deal with bad network issue but nothing is being done to improve its network.It is high time the issue is taken seriously by the authorities to solve the crisis.
