Bangalore: The Banga-lore Rural police on Tuesday booked a case of murder against two students in connection with the death of Manipuri student Loitham Richard at a college for architecture hostel on the outskirts of the city last month. Police sources said a case of murder had been booked against Vishal and Afzal who were said to be the prime suspects named by Loitham’s parents in their complaint.
