SHILLONG: The BSF Senior Secondary School, Umpling, organized their annual function Thursday during which various cultural programmes were showcased by the students.
IPS, Inspector General, Meghalaya Frontier, Border Security Force Sudesh Kumar was the chief guest, on the occasion.
During the programme the children of the school showcased the rich cultural of the North Eastern states including Bihu Dance, Marathi dance and a show on classical sangeet etc. The programme concluded with prize distribution by the Chief Guest to the students in various fields.
