SHILLONG: The Governor RS Mooshahary has conveyed his congratulations to Gary Jarman Lamare on putting his name in the states’s history after his achivement of scaling the Mount Everest.
The Governor also hoped that this achievment would inspire yonger genration to scale greater heights in their real life.
