SHILLONG: Jaiaw MLA Paul Lyngdoh strongly condemned the attempted arson on the vehicle of Mahendro Rapsang.
“The arson, whether random or motivated, is highly condemnable. I strongly urge the police to find out the culprits involved as the motive could also be to project Lower Mawprem as a disturbed area and to stir up sympathy and attention by some elements,” Lyngdoh said in a statement.
