Traffic routes: Timings revised

 SHILLONG: Following the dreadful accident at Barik Point where three people lost their lives on Saturday, the SP, East Khasi Hills District has informed that the stretch from Howell Road Point towards Barik Point has been declared “one way zone” for 24 hours.

In addition, the stretch from Rita Road Junction in front of Pinewood Hotel towards P&T Junction near Bivar Road has also been declared “one way zone” for 24 hours. Both these routes will be turned into “one way zone” with effect from June 5.
