Cultural programme

The city based Red Oleanders (Rakta Karabi) will organise a cultural evening to commemorate the 151st Birth Anniversary of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore at Sri Aurobindo Institute of Indian Culture (SAIIC) on June 17. BM Lanong, Deputy Chief Minister will grace the occasion as chief guest.

Felicitation

The All Meghalaya Assamese Association will felicitate the meritorious students and senior citizens belonging to Assamese community on July 1. Students securing 80 per cent can submit their xerox copy of marksheet at Assam Club before June 23.

Orientation programme

National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), Sonepat (Haryana) conducted a free B.Tech orientation programme in Anton Hall, St. Anthony Higher Secondary School, recently. Around 600 students from various schools participated in this programme which was addressed by Dr Ashutosh Upadhyay & Dr Rupesh Chavan (Senior Professors of NIFTEM).
