SHILLONG: Police arrested one Amit of Lower Mawprem for pick pocketing one Sambha Dkhar on Wednesday. Police informed that they have seized the wallet, mobile phones and other belongings of Dkhar from Amit. In another incident, police arrested one Teiborlang Lyngdoh Nongpiur and Matheus Marbaniang for attempting to steal the cover of the PHE pipes from Kench’s Trace.
