NONGPOH: In a bid to strengthen its party and working policy in view of the 2013 Assembly Poll, the United Democratic Party at Nongpoh Constituency on Saturday elected its office bearers of Nongpoh Circle’s Youth Wing and hoped that they will play a major role in this upcoming Assembly poll. The election was held at Mawroh Community Hall.
The elected office bearer includes, Rayonald Kharkamni as the Adviser, President Balajied Rani, Working President Fulman Khymdeit, Vice President Bit Narlong and Evansel Shylla, General Secretary Pharapstar Manih, Joint Secretary Albert Nongrum, Elevent Syiem and Fabian Phawa, Finance Secretary Evansis Mawri, Pius Ronghang as Sport & Cultural Secretary and Celestian Syngkli as Education Secretary.
The newly elected office bearers was approved by Nongpoh Circle President and UDP candidate Rona Khymdeit in the presence of UDP Nongpoh Circle Secretary Marcel Lyngdoh along with other party workers.
