NCP appoints Kharshiing as NE observer

 SHILLONG: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) president Sharad Pawar has appointed Robert Kharshiing, ex MP from Meghalaya, as the party’s national observer for all the Northeastern state units of the NCP with immediate effect.
