Shillong: Police on Saturday arrested the husband of Aidisitidora Sohtun, an Excise constable who was murdered on August 16.
Informing this, police said accused Sevarius Kharsyntiew (58) was arrested from the city.
Meanwhile, police also arrested the driver of a vehicle Remiki War (30) of Pamlihir village of Mawryngkneng for possessing the victim’s mobile phone.
The body of Sohtun (43) was found at Mawkham view point near Mawkajam under Pynursla PS.
