Union Minister of State for Rural Development Agatha Sangma will be the chief guest.

Padmashree Ms Bertha Dkhar, Principal of Jyoti Sroat School, will be interviewed on her life and achievements in the presence of a studio audience. The audience will interact with Ms Dkhar later in the programme.
