Shillong: Police have arrested two persons from Mawiong for allegedly assaulting two persons — Orestar Syiemlieh and Shlur Jyrwa — with a hammer while the duo was sleeping in their vehivle (ML-05E-3462) at Lad-Umroi (RB) on early Thursday morning. The accused were identified as Finance Wahlang and Petrus Kharsyntiew.
