Church clears stand on Miller case

 SHILLONG: Clearing their stand in the recent alleged activities of Reverend Miller, Church leaders of the New Life Church has stated that the attendees and participants of the church are ignorant of the personal activities of the Reverend SK Miller who was recently alleged for raping a 15 year old girl and exploiting minors.

Church leader W Nongrum has clarified that the allegation charges against Rev Miller is a purely personal issue of the family and New Life Home is the sole property of Rev Miller and not part of the Ministry of the church.

“The church will in no way stand in the legal proceedings of the court to fulfill its justice, whether right or wrong”, Nongrum said. He also appealed to the NGOs not to misunderstand these kinds of issues.
