* On Tuesday evening, unknown miscreants stole one laptop from the house of one Joyienlier Chiru at Madanrting Lumjingsuk Block-A.

* On Monday morning, security guards apprehended one Terrence Kahit while he was stealing iron rods from a construction site at NEHU Campus, Shillong.

*On Sunday early morning, unknown miscreants stole Rs 6,000 and documents from the house of one, Shebendias Jyrwa at Kynrud village, West Khasi Hills.

*One T Drik Shylla lodged a complaint that on Sunday evening, two persons, Komal Talang and Lyngdong Joh, attempted to loot and also threatened his labourers, Kyrshan Rymbai, Boy Suting and Salman Laloo at Iongnoh village in West Jaintia Hills.

* On October 11, a recruit constable, Andy Kharmujai stole Rs 12,000 belonging to Lembadme Suchiang from R/C Barrack, Police Reserve Tura.

*A woman lodged a complaint at Laban PS that on Monday afternoon, one Cecil Dona Khongsit and his relatives, Marinda Nongkynrih and Amber Khongsit assaulted her at Raid Laban and later Cecil Khongsit raped her in her residence at Raid Laban.

* One, Parksiar Mylliemngap lodged a complaint that on Sunday, one Anjan Dewan threatened him with dire consequences and also broke the window pane of his house.
