The Meghalaya Pradesh congress committee has conveyed its greeting and best wishes to the people of Meghalaya on the occasion of Shri Shri Kali Puja Diwali. It further observed that while the celebration of Kali Puja marks the victory of good over evil, the celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights marks the removal of all darkness and brings new light into the life of everyone.
