SHILLONG: The meeting held at the office of the Seng Samla Lachumiere appointed Elton Cliff Warjri as its president, OC Passah as the vice-president, Shanbor Diengdoh as the general secretary, Romen Dkhar as the assistant general secretary, Allfondbirth Kharsyntiew, as the organising secretary, Eric Dkhar as the sports secretary, Bijoy Kharshandi as the education secretary, Elvisforth Kharsyntiew, as the publicity secretary and a host of secretaries.
