SHILLONG: After much dilly-dally, Urban Affairs Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh will inaugurate 96 units of the housing complex at Lumphirain Nongmynsong on December 6. Informing this here on Thursday, Lyngdoh hoped that the housing complex would help those people who were in need of a roof to stay.
