JOWAI: The Sein Tyllilang Self Help Group, Raliang will organise the first Miss Winter 2012 cum Cultural Promotion at Seintyllilang Auditorium, Shangpung Pohshnong on December 7.
According to the organizers, the main purpose of organizing this event is to pave the way for all the talented young women in Jaintia Hills district to showcase their hidden talents.
West Jaintia Hills DC, Peter S Dkhar, will grace the event as chief guest.
