Juin Manik Syiem, retired Under Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya, husband of Bressila Lynrah and resident of Lower Nongrim Hills, passed away on December 12. His last rites will be performed at Jingthangbriew at Jaiaw on December 14 at 1:30 pm.
