SHILLONG: Sitting MDC and Congress candidate from Nongkrem, Lambor Malngiang on Tuesday inaugurated the new Nongkrem Assembly Youth Congress (NAYC) working office at Ladsahep, Laitkor.
NAYC acting president Rupert Lyngdoh asked all NAYC units to remain united to ensure that Congress candidate Lambor Malngiang wins with respectable figures in the upcoming 2013 polls from the constituency.
