Seven B’deshi immigrants apprehended

SHILLONG: Border Security Force (BSF) troops deployed in Baghmara, South Garo Hills apprehended seven Bangladeshi immigrants while they were trying to infiltrate into India.

The arrested persons has been identified as Md Hasin (25), Umar Khan (40), Md Amiruddin (30), Habibur Rahman(28), Urj Marak (26), Bikash Sangma (22) and Md Fojul Haque (40).

During preliminary questioning, they revealed that they were intending to go to Nangalbibra coal mine area to work as labourers.
