SHILLONG: The sitting JHADC MDC Mongal Tyngkra will contest February 23 Assembly election from Sutnga-Saipung on a UDP ticket. Informing this here on Sunday, UDP working president Paul Lyngdoh said that the decision to allot the ticket to Tyngkra was taken at a rally held recently.
