SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Pradesh Mahila Congress has condemned the alleged rape attempt on a 3-year-old girl child at Mawlai Umjaiur by one Kitbor Kharsyntiew (31).
MPMC general secretary M Ryngkhlem informed that an FIR was filed at Mawlai police station demanding exemplary punishment to the culprit so that such acts do not recur in future.
