SHILLONG: In an ‘official goof-up’, the gender of the wife of Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma, Dikkanchi Shira has been mentioned as male in the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer, Meghalaya, under the heading ‘Assembly Constituency wise Candidates details who filed their nomination papers till the 8th February, 2013’.
Shira is contesting for the Mahendraganj seat as a Congress candidate.
