Body found
On February 13, Saraswati Newar (21) was found dead at her residence at Madanriting, Shillong.
On February 12, the body of Sachin Thapa (38) was recovered from Long Range, Happy Valley, Shillong.
Assault
On February 12 around 10.45 pm, Babiang Thmu, Jal Thubru and their accomplices assaulted one Gemelus Pasi at Nangbah Iawmusiang in West Jaintia Hills.
Threat cases
On February 10 around 9.45 pm, Sanbok Rymbai, Chlimon Rymbai and their accomplices threatened Martu Sari and Biki Sari with dire consequences at Moopyllaitsyiar in West Jaintia Hills. On the same day, at around 10 pm, Shibor Shylla and Kolet Phawa threatened VDP members of Kyndong Tuber village in West Jaintia Hills with dire consequences. Police have arrested Shibor Shylla.
