Niwasly Rymbai lodged a complaint that on April 19, members of JYF apprehended three persons Anthony Pyngrope, Ebanlang Nongtdu and Ram Swaroop while they were selling Ganja at Lai Kilo, Sutnga Road. Around half kilogram of ganja was also recovered from their possession.
