Theft

lOn April 21 around 6 am, unknown miscreants broke into the shop belonging to Poornima Das at Laban, Shillong and stole Rs. 3,000.

lOn April 21 around 10 pm, five unidentified miscreants entered the residence of Maybornson Bina (26) at Diengpasoh and robbed Rs. 7,000. They also assaulted the victim. As a result, he sustained injuries and was shifted to Woodland Hospital, Shillong.

lOn April 18, unknown miscreants stole one licensed SBBL gun belonging to Shonal Dkhar from his residence at Tongseng village.

lHavaldar Gopal Bahadur lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on April 16 at about 7 pm, unknown miscreants stole his SBI ATM card at Police Reserve Shillong.

Body recovered

On April 18 at about 9.45 am, the body of Gunanedhi Acharya (45) was recovered from Last Stop, Laban.

Misappropriation

Baskar Jyoti Bhattacharjee lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that his employee Kumar Thapa had misappropriated an amount of Rs. 95,000.
