One drowns

 SHILLONG: A nine-year-old boy from Smit Lumkynsai, outskirts of Shillong, drowned at Umiew river at 4 pm on Sunday. The family members rushed the boy identified as Marbin Kharsahnoh to Civil Hospital where the doctor declared him brought dead.
