SHILLONG: Former Additional Advocate General SP Mahanta filed a petition before the High Court of Meghalaya challenging the order of Deputy Commissioner (Judicial ) B Giri on the alleged illegal possession of land at Lachumiere.
The matter is likely to come up for hearing on Wednesday.
