The Nongstoin Block Congress Committee (NBCC) in a general meeting held at the Congress Bhawan on June 1, selected Albinus Kharbani as its new ad hoc president after Nestingdhar Nongdkhar submitted his resignation.
Attending the meeting were Rowell Lyngdoh Advisor DCC West Khasi Hills, Boldness Nongum president DCC West Khasi Hills District among others.
