NONGPOH: Despite being inaugurated three years ago, the KHADC Market Complex in Byrnihat is still awaiting allocation of stalls. Concerned over the inordinate delay, the KSU, Byrnihat circle has demanded immediate allocation of stalls to ease the obstruction created by roadside vendors outside.
