NEW DELHI: State MP Vincent Pala headed the Indian delegation for the first China-South Asia Expo which kicked off at Kunming, capital city of Yunnan province in China on Thursday. With the theme of opening up to each other, the expo is expected to serve as a platform for economic, technological and cultural exchanges between China and South Asian countries.
