Guideline

The Ka Lympung Ki Hynriew Shnong has asked the Education Minister to ensure that guidelines are followed while granting permission for setting up of private universities and higher educational institutions in the State. Taking strong note of the events, the Ka Lympung Ki Hynriew Shnong also suggested that these institutions should go for accreditation by NAAC besides the recruitment should be conducted in these institutions as per the UGC Norms 2010.

The Reserve Bank of India has launched an all India inter school quiz (RBIQ)-its new initiative at promoting financial literary at school level. RBIQ will be held at 44 locations across the country. Shillong edition of RBIQ 2013 will be held at St Edmund’s College on June 24 and it will be conducted by renowned Quiz master Gautam Bose from Greycells.

Answer kleys have been uploaded in the Meghalaya Police Website (http://www. megpolice. gov.in) for the candidates who have already appeared in the written test on June 15. The Answer keys are also available in the offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of Meghalaya Police Battallions Notice Boards.
