Pick Pocketer apprehended

On June 19 at around 6:45 am, one Barisuklang Ramsiej was accosted by two persons who snatched her gold earring near Govt. Girls High School, Jail Road and fled away. However, one Rinku Barua was apprehended by the public while Munnu Singh of Punjabi Lane managed to escape.

Bangladeshis arrested

On June 18, Ratacherra Police arrested three Bangladeshi nationals, Md. Sadam Hussain (19), Sabul Biswas (19) and Ajit Das (20) from a Sumo vehicle (ML-04B-4017). Matter is under enquiry.

Missing Vehicle

On June 18 at around 8:45 pm, one motorcycle (ML-05D-7322) belonging to one Gordon Nongkynrih was reported missing from Jeep Stand, Bara Bazar.

Arrest

lOn June 17 at around 10 pm, Police arrested one Lohit R. Marak (18) from Soksan (NGH) and seized one pistol with one magazine from his possession.

lPolice arrested Nathan Basaiawmoit and Kenny Shabong in connection with a cheating case under Mawlai PS.

Theft

lOn June 17 night, unknown miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-08B-7438) belonging to one Fildash D. Areng from Burney Hills, Tura (WGH).

lOn June 15 night, unknown miscreants stole one UPS Battery from EMRI 108 Ambulance (ML-01-2234) which was parked at Tura Civil Hospital (WGH).

lOn June 14 midnight, unknown miscreants stole eleven tyres and one battery from a godown belonging to one Ram Prakash Rai at Gasuapara (SGH).

Threatening cases

One Himson Sangma lodged a complaint against one Debanon Sangma that on June 16 at around 4.10 pm, he threatened his wife with dire consequences at Hatibasa Garo (NGH).
