Dr Zasaly SK Marak, a medical officer of the Central Health Services Cadre, Government of India, hailing from Ri Bhoi district has been conferred the State Award for meritorious service in the field of health care in Delhi by the Chief Minister of Delhi Shiela Dixit in a function held on July 1 in the national capital.
