ERD Foundation in association with University of Sciences and Technology on Tuesday organized Toppers Felicitation programme for SSLC and HSSLC rank holders of MBOSE 2013 exams in the city. Around seventy rank holders were felicitated on the occasion. Those who attended the programme included, former CM DD Lapang, Leader of Opposition Dr Donkupar Roy, former Education Minister Manas Chaudhuri besides other noted academicians of the State.
