SHILLONG: The North-Eastern Hill University Non-Teaching Staff Association (NEHUNSA) in its emergent meeting held on July 9, took serious note of the baseless allegations by a senior professor against the non-teaching staff of the University, which appeared in The Shillong Times dated July 7.

Coming heavy on the issue, Fedrick Kharbuli, president, NEHUNSA warned the anonymous professor that such wild allegations against the non-teaching staff of the University will not be tolerated.

He also added that if the particular professor thinks that he can fool the general public by feeding fictitious and misleading information to the media, then he is living in a fool’s paradise” and challenged him to substantiate his charges against the non-teaching staff
