SHILLONG: Deputy Speaker of the State Assembly and South Shillong MLA Sanbor Shillong on Tuesday submitted an application to the officer-in-charge of Rilbong Beat House to withdraw the case against one RD Roy who had allegedly distributed money on the day of the Assembly election on February 23.
