SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Youth Foundation has conveyed its congratulations to the Indian Council of Agricultural Research for NEH Region for being conferred with the “Sardar Patel Outstanding ICAR Institution Award 2012” in a recently held function at New Delhi.
The MYF has lauded the leadership and guidance of the Director of ICAR for NEH Region, Umiam, Dr SV Ngachan and his team of experienced Scientists, numerous agricultural and animal rearing initiatives and programmes on Farming Systems Research, Animal Production, etc were undertaken in which the Meghalaya Youth Foundation stands witness.
