SHILLONG: Meghalaya Governor Dr KK Paul is of the belief that cinema is the highest form of creativity as it involves intelligence and out of the box thinking.
The first citizen made the statement while addressing the inaugural function of the three-day film festival, organized by the Mass Media department of St. Anthony’s College in collaboration with the State department of arts and culture and Directorate of Information and Public Relations.
While stressing on the need to provide opportunity to the local talents of the state, Dr KK Paul stressed on the need to inspire and encourage young students.
The governor also mentioned about the performances by the ageless Elizabeth Taylor and creations of the Italian master Federico Felini.
