SHILLONG: The East Khasi Hills district administration has given three weeks time to Additional District Magistrate, DM Wahlang, to complete the magisterial probe into the recent incident in Smit where three people were hacked to death.
Wahlang submitted a factual report to East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner, Sanjay Goyal on Tuesday. The report is a narration of the events that took place on August 16.
