Achievement

Praqatti Lama, has been awarded the degree of Doctorate of Philosophy by NEHU for her thesis ‘Parent-child relationship between Khasi and Nepali school going students of East and West Khasi Hills’ under the supervision of Prof SM Sungoh of the Department of Education, NEHU. She is teaching in Nongthymmai Nepali Higher Secondary School. She is the daughter of RC Lama and Shyoma Lama of Law-U-Sib (Lumbashaneng)
