TURA: A Nokma (village headman) identified as Berung R Marak was abducted and killed in cold blood in Tikrikilla region on Monday night raising concern over the continued spate of violence in the Garo Hills. On Tuesday night, GNLA execution squad killed a GNLA deserter and Police have launched an intensive combing operation to nab the 10-member squad.
