Office bearers
The Dorbar Pyllun of the Seng Kur Mei-Sin has elected their new office bearers for the terms of two years with Rev Dr PBM Basaiawmoit as the president, Dr Tynjuh M Hynniewta and S Roles Syngkli as the vice president and Edward Kurbah as the general secretary besides others.
Inauguration
The Chief Secretary of Meghalaya, WMS Pariat will inaugurate the Department of Fishery Science of St Anthony’s College, Shillong which is partly funded by the Government of Meghalaya under the Special Central Assistance on September 9 at 3.00pm in St Anthony’s College Campus.
Conference
St Anthony’s College will organize a National Conference on “Swami Vivekananda’s exposition of practical Vedanta” on September 10 and 11 in the college auditorium.
