Deputy Director of Information and Public Relations, C Passah, and Shillong Press Club (SPC) President, David Laitphlang, flag off the Rickshaw Run from Shillong to Jaisalmer at Polo Parking Lot in the city on Sunday. Participants in the fundraising event also played a friendly football match against the SPC on Saturday.
