  1. On his way back home, one Nirmol Hajong (25/M) sustained injuries after he feel of from his motorbike when it skidded on a turning at Bokmagre under Zikzak Block, South West Garo Hills on September 21 at 11:05pm.
  2. One Lamphrang Diengdoh (19/M) sustained injuries when the Maruti Alto he was travelling on overturned at Umshing in Mawlai. The incident happened on September 21 at 5:17 P.M.
  3. One Kitborlang Kharbuki (18/M) sustained minor injuries when the Mahindra Max he was travelling on was involved in a collision with another vehicle. The incident occurred at Lad Sharai under Umsning Block, Ri-Bhoi District on September 21 at 6:05 P.M.
  4. A motorist, Ethene E Thangkhiew (29/M) sustained injuries when the motorbike was involved in a collision with another motorbike at Demseiniong, Shillong on September 21 at 3:32 AM.
  5. Two people sustained injuries when they were struck by lightning while they were fishing at a pond at Mawtneng under Umsning Block, Ri Bhoi District on September 21 at 5:01 P.M. The injured persons included Paius Shlem (47/M) and Dajied Sohiong (19/M).

In all the above cases, the 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based at the respective locations helped in shifting the injured to various hospitals.
