JN Stadium set to welcome back I-League

SHILLONG: Sunday will see the return of the I-League to Shillong when Shillong Lajong FC take on Pune FC at the JN Stadium, Polo.

At a press conference called by SLFC and the Meghalaya Football Association on Wednesday, it was announced that the match will be held at 3:30pm.

The game is expected to draw a significant turnout and tickets will go on sale from Thursday at the Shillong Sports Association counters at the ground and at various locations in the city, as well as Laimer, Ummulong and Jowai.

Fans can also purchase their tickets online from kyazoonga.com.

The tickets will be in the range of Rs 80 to Rs 400.

Prices have not changed from last season except for the VIP seats, which will now cost Rs 400.

Although this match will not be televised live, Shillong Lajong will keep fans continuously updated through their Facebook and Twitter pages.
