SHILLONG: A person identified as Kmenlang Shylla hailing from Nongrim Hills was arrested by police from 4th Furlong area for trying set a vehicle on fire on Tuesday night during the road blockade called by 10 groups demanding implementation of ILP in the state. According to police, around six boys came to Lailad near 4th furlong and attempted to torch the vehicle, which was parked on the road. Seeing the boys local raised a hue and cry. Later police arrested Shylla.
